Workspaces
Workspaces are like virtual offices where your team can collaborate, share ideas, and access resources.
Creating a Workspace
- In the left sidebar, click General Workspace.
- Click Manage.
- Click
on the right side of the screen. (Note: Free plans are limited to one Workspace. If you need more, consider upgrading to the Pro plan.)
- A Create a Workspace pop-up will appear. Here, you can add an avatar/logo for your new workspace by dragging in an image or browsing your device. Next, enter a name in the Title field. (Don't worry, you can edit this later if needed.)
- After saving, you'll be taken to the settings page for your workspace. Here, you can add members by clicking the
button at the top right. You also have options to rename your workspace, add a logo, or delete the workspace.
Workspace Resources
Workspace-Specific Resources: Knowledge bases, custom prompts, and integrations are specific to each workspace.
Universal Libraries: Prebuilt libraries are available to all users across all workspaces.
