Creating and Managing Workspaces in askROI

Workspaces are like virtual offices where your team can collaborate, share ideas, and access resources.

Creating a Workspace



In the left sidebar, click Workspaces.

Click the + New Workspace button. (Note: Free plans are limited to one Workspace. If you need more, consider upgrading to the Pro plan.)

A Create a Workspace pop-up will appear. Here, you can add an avatar/logo for your new workspace by dragging in an image or browsing your device. Next, enter a name in the Title field. (Don't worry, you can edit this later if needed.)

After saving, you'll be taken to the settings page for your workspace. Here, you can add members by clicking the Add Members button at the top. You also have options to rename your workspace, add a logo, or delete the workspace.

Workspace Resources



Workspace-Specific Resources: Knowledge bases, custom prompts, AI assistants, and integrations are specific to each workspace.
Universal Libraries: Prebuilt libraries are available to all users across all workspaces.
