Creating and Managing Workspaces in askROI

Workspaces are like virtual offices where your team can collaborate, share ideas, and access resources.

Creating a Workspace



Go to Workspaces: Click "Workspaces" in the left sidebar.

Create New: Click the "+" button at the top right and name your workspace.

Add Details: In Workspace Details, edit the title and add a thumbnail image.

Adding Team Members



Click "Add Members": Find this button at the top right of your workspace.

Invite Users: Add registered users from your organization in the Invitation Dialog.

Managing Your Workspace



Edit: Go to the main workspace menu and click "Edit" on the workspace you want to change.
Delete: If needed, use the "Delete Workspace" button at the bottom of the screen.

Navigating Your Workspace



Select Your Workspace: Make sure your desired workspace is selected.
Enter Chat: If not automatically redirected, click "Chat" in the left sidebar to enter your team's chat.
Identify Active Workspace: The sidebar displays the active workspace's thumbnail.

Adding Resources



Workspace-Specific: Knowledge bases, custom prompts, AI assistants, and integrations are specific to each workspace.
Universal Libraries: Prebuilt libraries are available to all users across all workspaces.
