Custom AI Assistants are crafted just for your business, offering a personalized touch that pre-built Assistants can’t match. While pre-built options come with general features, Custom Assistants are tailored to fit your specific needs. Whether you need a unique workflow, specialized data handling, or custom interactions, these Assistants are designed to meet your exact requirements.
Ready to create a Custom Assistant? Follow these straightforward steps to get started:
Click AI Assistants in the left navigation menu.
The AI Assistants Menu will open.
Click the Create button below the search box.
The Create an Assistant page will appear to the right of the navigation menu.
In the Assistant Name field, enter a clear and descriptive name for your AI assistant.
Use the Description field to provide a brief summary of the use cases for the assistant.
In the Category field, select categories that best describe the assistant.
Scroll to the top and click the Create button to finish creating your prompt.
Once created, a new set of options will appear. Now, you can add instructions, personalize the chat by using the user's name, add suggested prompts, connect knowledge bases, add integrations, and select which advanced tools the assistant will use. If needed, you can also delete the assistant by clicking the Delete button at the bottom of the page.
