How to Get Started

Log in to askROI.

Quick View:
Select “Quick View” to access AI Assistants quickly.
A list of available AI Assistant categories will appear. Click the ⌄ icon next to a category name to view the AI Assistants within it. The default view shows Prebuilt Assistants. To see Custom Assistants created by you or shared by your team, click My Assistants. You can browse through the list or use the search bar to find specific ones.
To apply an AI Assistant to a chat, simply check the box next to the desired assistant.
Customize your assistant by connecting a Knowledge Base or integrating apps like Google Drive. (Optional)

Manage:
For advanced options or to create a new custom AI Assistant, click Manage. This will display a detailed list of your custom-built assistants.
Here, you can view, rename, or select an AI Assistant.
Sort your assistants by name, category, or the latest update.
To view the details of an assistant, click the view icon next to its name.
To use an assistant, click the assistant name or the robot icon to the right of the view icon.
To rename an assistant, click the text input icon next to the robot icon.
To create a new assistant, click the blue New Assistant button at the top. Enter a name, select a category (optional), provide a description, and start configuring your assistant.
Start using your assistant and enjoy the productivity boost!
