Creating Custom Prompts in askROI

Custom prompts are your way to tailor askROI's AI Assistant to your specific needs. Create unique scenarios or get specialized responses - here's how:

How to Use Custom Prompts

Log In: Sign in to your askROI account.

Open the Prompt Library: In the dashboard menu on the left, under Libraries & Tools, click on Prompts.

Create New: Click the ➕ icon next to the search bar in the "Prompts Quick View" menu. Follow the instructions to define your prompt.

Use Advanced Tools (Optional): Enhance your prompts by enabling advanced tools. Click Advanced Settings located below the chat box. You can connect your Knowledge Base or integrate apps like Google Drive.

Test: Try out your custom prompt in different scenarios to make sure it's working correctly.

Deploy: Once you're happy with it, apply your prompt to your AI Assistant. Monitor its performance and make any necessary tweaks.

Update: Regularly review and update your custom prompts to keep them relevant to your needs.
