Creating and Using Prompts in askROI

Custom prompts are your way to tailor askROI's AI Assistant to your specific needs. Create unique scenarios or get specialized responses - here's how:

Using Pre-Built Prompts

Click Prompts in the left navigation menu. The Prompts Menu will open.

Use the search box at the top of the menu to quickly find a prompt. Below the search box, you'll find a list of pre-built prompts, organized by category for easy browsing. Click on the prompt you want to use, and the new prompt page will appear to the right of the navigation bar. To use the prompt, start typing in the chat box at the bottom of the page.

Creating a Custom Prompt

To create a new custom prompt, click the Create button below the search box.

The Prompt Creator page will appear to the right of the navigation menu.

In the Name field, enter a clear and descriptive name for your prompt.

In the Description field, provide a brief summary of what the prompt does.

In the Category field, select the categories that best describe the prompt.

Enter your prompt requirements in the Prompt field. Once you're done, click the Write with AI button to finish formatting.

Scroll to the top and click the Save button to save your prompt.
