Though we hate to see you go, we understand that sometimes it’s time to move on. 👋 If you need to delete your askROI account, follow these simple steps:

Steps to Delete Your Account

Find Settings at the bottom of the navigation menu on the left side of the screen and click on it.

In the new menu that appears, click Profile.

To the right of the navigation menu, look for the tabs labeled: Profile, Security, and Memories.

Click the Security tab to access your security settings.

In the security settings, scroll to the bottom of the page to locate the Delete account link.

If you’re sure you’re ready to part ways, click Delete account. A pop-up will appear to confirm you understand this is permanent. If you’re absolutely sure, type Delete account in the text box and click the red Delete Account button to confirm.

After confirming, your account will be permanently deleted, so make sure you’ve saved any important info beforehand—there’s no going back!
