Using Knowledge Bases in askROI



Organize your important documents and files in askROI's Knowledge Bases, your personal digital library.

How to Access Knowledge Bases



Click on Knowledge Bases in the navigation menu on the left.

The Knowledge Bases menu will open.

Use the search box at the top to quickly find a specific knowledge base, file, or folder within a knowledge base.

Alternatively, scroll through the list to find the knowledge base you're looking for. You can sort your knowledge bases by name or by the latest update.

How to Create A Knowledge Base



To create a new Knowledge Base, click the Create button located below the search box.

A new Create Knowledge Base form will appear to the right of the navigation menu.

Enter a clear, descriptive name for your knowledge base in the Knowledge Base Name field.

In the Description field, provide a brief summary of the knowledge base contents.

If you want to start over, click the Reset button to clear the fields.

When you’re satisfied with the name and description, click the Create button to finalize the creation of your knowledge base.

How to Manage Knowledge Bases



To view the contents of a knowledge base, click the knowledge base name or view icon next to its name.

To rename a knowledge base quickly, click the 'text input icon` to the right of the view icon.

To create a new knowledge base, click the blue New Knowledge Base button at the top.

After selecting a knowledge base, a list of folders and documents will appear.

To manage individual folders or documents, click the three dots next to the item to access options for editing, renaming, or deleting.
