# Manage and delete connected Google account data

> Manage Google account permissions, disconnect accounts, and delete Google data from askROI.

Use these controls to manage and delete data from your connected Google accounts in askROI.

* Turn off permissions for autonomous work, routines, or learning from your email in your askROI integration settings.
* Remove a connection there. We delete its access tokens, its routine previews, and the facts and suggestions that came from it, and we offer to delete the chats holding its content. If another connected account of the same Google product remains, those facts and suggestions stay until you remove that one too.
* We ask Google to revoke askROI's access when you remove the last askROI connection for that Google account, because Google treats those connections as one grant. You can also remove access at any time in your Google Account.
* Drafts saved in your Gmail stay there until you delete them.
* Deleting your askROI account deletes your connections, chats, and saved facts. You can also write to [datap@askROI.com](mailto:datap@askROI.com).
