Steps
Log in to your app or account and follow the steps below:1
Navigate to Settings or Your Profile Icon
Click Settings (bottom left corner).

Manage Subscription
Click Manage Subscription.

Submit Feedback or Skip
Choose an option in the “Why are you leaving?” pop-up and click Submit feedback or Skip and Continue.

Enter your email
You will be directed to an askROI Billing website. Enter your email address and click Send.

Open the email link
You will receive an email. Click the Log in to your customer portal link.

Cancel your subscription
Your Current Subscription details will be shown. To the right of the page is where you can cancel your subscription. This is also where you can see your renewal date, update your payment method, update billing information, and see your Invoice History.
