How do I cancel my Pro Plan subscription?

For Free Accounts, there are no subscriptions set up; only the Pro Plans have a subscription.

To cancel your askROI Pro plan subscription, you can either contact our askROI customer support for assistance or follow the steps below to cancel.

You can reach support at 888-851-0401 for help with canceling your subscription and resolving any related issues or email us at support@askROI.com.

Log in to your app or account and follow the steps below:

-Click Account (bottom left corner)

-Choose Settings, then click Usage.

-Here, you would click Manage Subscription. 

-You will be directed to an askROI Billing website. Enter your email address and press Send.

-You will receive the following email: 

-Press the "Log in to your customer portal" link. 

-Your Current Subscription details will be shown, and to the right of the page is where you can cancel your subscription. This is where you can also see your renewal date, update your payment method, billing information, and see your Invoice History.
