# How do I cancel my Pro Plan subscription?

> Follow these steps to cancel your askROI Pro Plan subscription from Account Settings, or contact Customer Support for help canceling.

You can reach support at [888-851-0401](tel:888-851-0401) for help with canceling your subscription and resolving any related issues, or email us at [support@askROI.com](mailto:support@askROI.com).

## Steps

Log in to your app or account and follow the steps below:

    Click **Settings** (bottom left corner).

  <Step title="Manage Subscription" stepNumber={3}>
    Click **Manage Subscription**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Submit Feedback or Skip">
    Choose an option in the "Why are you leaving?" pop-up and click **Submit feedback** or **Skip and Continue.**

  <Step title="Enter your email">
    You will be directed to an askROI Billing website. Enter your email address and click **Send**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the email link">
    You will receive an email. Click the **Log in to your customer portal** link.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Cancel your subscription">
    Your Current Subscription details will be shown. To the right of the page is where you can cancel your subscription. This is also where you can see your renewal date, update your payment method, update billing information, and see your Invoice History.
