How to Delete Your askROI Account

Though we hate to see you go, we understand that sometimes it's time to move on. If you need to delete your askROI account, follow these simple steps:

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Find Account at the bottom left side of the screen and click on it.

2. Click Settings.

3. Choose Security Settings.           

4. Click the Security tab to access your security settings.

5. In the security settings, locate the Delete account link.

6. If you're sure you're ready to part ways, click Delete account. A pop-up will appear to          confirm you understand this is permanent.

7. If you're absolutely sure, type Delete account in the text box and click the red Delete            Account button to confirm.

8. After confirming, your account will be permanently deleted, so make sure you've saved any important info beforehand—there's no going back!
