How to Export my Chat History from askROI

Here you can find out how to export your Chat History within askROI after the upgrade to askROI 2.0.

1. Log in to askROI through the app or website.

2. Click Account and then Settings.

3. Then click "Export Legacy Data" at the bottom of the Settings page.

4. Check your email for a link to download your Chat History. Note: Please check your Spam/Junk folder if it does not show up within your Inbox.

5. Once you download your data History, you can save it to a folder on your PC or phone.
