Updating Your Password in askROI

Regularly changing your password is a key part of keeping your askROI account secure.

Here’s how:

1. Access Settings:

Find Settings at the bottom of the navigation menu on the left side of the screen and click on it.

2. Open Profile:

In the new menu that appears, click Profile.

3. Locate Security Settings:

To the right of the navigation menu, look for the tabs labeled: Profile, Security, and Memories.

4. Select the Security Tab:

Click the Security tab to access your security settings.

5. Update Your Password:

Click the Update Password link. You’ll be asked to enter your current password and create a new one.

Make sure your new password is strong, unique, and secure.

6. Save Your Changes:

Click the Save button to save your changes.

You’ll receive confirmation that your password has been updated.
