Regularly changing your password is a key part of keeping your askROI account secure. This article walks you through updating your password and adding two-step verification.

Updating Your Password in askROI and adding Two-step Verification

Click your Profile Icon (Settings)

Select Settings from the pop-up menu.

Open Security Settings

Click Security → Security Settings.

Select the Security tab

In the Security Settings page Click the Security tab.

Choose Update Password

Click Update Password.

You’ll be asked to enter your current password and create a new one and confirm it.Make sure your new password is strong, unique, and secure.

Save your changes

Click Save to save your new password. You’ll receive confirmation that your password has been updated.
You can also add two-step verification here.
  • Click Add two-step verification and follow the steps outlined.
