Getting Started with Prompts in askROI

Using Pre-Built Prompts

1. Open the Prompts Menu:

• Click Chat on the left Navigation Menu, then on the right side of the screen, you will see the Prompt icon . Click the icon to bring up the Prebuilt list, or you can choose to create your own under Custom. 

2. Search for a Prompt:

• Use the search box at the top of the menu to quickly find a prompt.
• Below the search box, you’ll find a list of pre-built prompts organized by category for easy browsing.

3. Select a Prompt:

• Click on the prompt you want to use. The new prompt page will appear to the right of the navigation bar.

4. Use the Prompt:

• Start typing in the chat box at the bottom of the page to use the prompt.

Creating a Custom Prompt

1. Click Create:

• To create a new custom prompt, click the Create button below the search box.

2. Open the Prompt Creator:

• The Prompt Creator page will appear to the right of the navigation menu.

3. Name Your Prompt:

• Enter a clear and descriptive name for your prompt in the Name field.

4. Add a Description:

• Provide a brief summary of what the prompt does in the Description field.

5. Categorize Your Prompt:

• Select the categories that best describe the prompt in the Category field.

6. Write Your Prompt:

• Enter your prompt requirements in the Prompt field.
• Once you’re done, click the Write with AI button to format it.

7. Save Your Prompt:

• Scroll to the top and click the Save button to save your prompt.
